Shown here is what i hope to be a 1962 D error penny. I don’t know if it is visible in the picture, but the L in LIBERTY is touching the rim and is higher than the I. The whole word is kind of wavy, too. These features are clearly visible in person. Please help me determine whether this is an error or not and if so what it is worth!
