Need advice regarding mercury dime

Folks, I am currently looking at buying a 1916-d "mercury" dime. It is PCGS certified at G-06, and I verified that through the PCGS serial number and web site. In the online pictures it looks nice for the grade. However, I am unable to see it in person.

This is the last coin I need to complete my date / mint mark set of "mercury" dimes.

The asking price is $1100. I’m thinking about offering $1000. What do you advise?
