Coin Collectors

Well im barley a new coin hunter :p and well i live in a really mexican place so the chances they know a lot of coin history is slim so i actually got a buyer although i’ve really never bought coins either so i guess im not expieriencd either anyways my question is

How much should i buy the regular quarters that had silver (no rare coins just the regular coins you see but there 1964 below)What would be a good price to buy and which would be a good cheap price to buy?? (i don’t really care how they look i mostly buy them just for silver i don’t collect regular quarters )

How much should i buy dimes that had silver? Im not sure if Mercury/Or the other one is called sorry mattters much but if so..how much should i buy each? and what would be a good cheap price??

I mostly am buying it for the silver how much should i think i should buy em?? Also i do not really care what grade they look so im not really judging on their grade mostly with the silver.
